K9 Rescue
The dogs behind the address: K9 Rescue is a UK charity running a no-kill, kennel-free sanctuary in West Wales. Traumatised dogs live in foster homes or at the sanctuary while they are rehabilitated and rehomed, and alongside that they run frontline aid and sterilisation programmes. They take no state lottery money and no government funding — they run on donations alone.
They have accepted crypto since 2017 and say they were the first animal charity in the UK to take Bitcoin directly. Their crypto page invites Web3 and memecoin projects to get in touch, and we have: the charity's founder has been contacted directly about DogPunk. The address above is the wallet they self-custody and publish on that page.

Feed the dogs
Every swap donates. Automatically.
The hook takes 2% of the ETH side of every swap and books it to the shelter in the same transaction. Buys: it buys that much ETH back out of the pool. Sells: it comes straight off the ETH leg. A swap that does not donate cannot exist.
The swap itself never calls the shelter wallet — doing that inside Uniswap's unlock would let any wallet wedge the pool. The ETH waits here, owned by the shelter, until anyone presses the button.

Fees can only flow to the shelter. The hook has no owner withdrawal, no treasury address and no fee switch. There is exactly one exit for the fee, and it is the shelter wallet. Changing that address takes a public 7-day announcement. Read the contract.
